Having heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant, returnable date of warrant of attachment is extended in terms of prayer Clause (a), which reads thus:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased extend the returnable date of the Warrant of Attachment of Moveable and Immoveable properties under Order XXI, Rule 43, CPC. P.C." 2.

The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
