This application is taken out for post grant amendment in the Probate granted by this Court by an order dated 4th January, 2024.

In the petition, it was inadvertently wrongly mentioned that the deceased passed away on 9th July, 2021 instead of 19th July, 2021. Since the amendment is of correction of an error which is of clerical nature, the amendment deserves to be allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to amend the petition in accordance with the Schedule of proposed amendment (Exhibit-B).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
