Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred to amend Testamentary Petition No.1870/2023 so as to delete petitioner Nos.2 and 3, who are the minors, from the array of the petition, in view of an office objection raised by the office that the Letters of Administration can not be granted in favour of the minors. The applicant has averred that applicant No.1 - petitioner No.1, who is the widow of the deceased has filed the petition for Letters of Administration, alongwith petitioner Nos.2 and 3, who are the minor children.

In view of the above, the application deserves to be allowed.
