This application is preferred for post grant amendment in the succession certificate granted to the petitioner by an order dated 6th June, 2023. The share transfer agent has informed vide letter dated 17th August, 2023 that the succession certificate, ought to contain a stipulation that the company should issue a duplicate share certificate. 3.

Having regard to the nature of the proposed amendment, which is essentially consequential to the grant, I am inclined to allow the application in terms of prayer clause (a).
