Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner. 2.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Succession Certificate granted pursuant to an order dated 31st January 2024.

In the application it is averred that inadvertently the distinctive number of the securities mentioned at serial No.4 in the schedule of securities has been incorrectly mentioned. The correct number is furnished in the schedule of amendment (Exhibit-C).

The proposed amendment seems to be essentially in the nature of correction of an inadvertent mistake in mentioning the distinctive number of the securities. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

(i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) Necessary amendment in accordance with schedule of amendment (Exhibit-C) be carried out within a period of three weeks.

(iii) Re-verification dispensed with.

(iv) Post grant amendment expedited.
