Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This application is preferred to substitute the petitioner Safiya Kazinooruddin Shaikh, who passed away on 31st July 2023 after filing of the petition for grant of Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of Azgaribegum Kazinuruddin Shaikh, the mother of the petitioner. The petitioner is one of the legal heirs of the deceased. She is the sister of the deceased petitioner. Application is supported by copy of the death certificate and affidavit. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the Application in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). D.A.ETHAPE
