Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant/Caveatrix. 2.

This is an application for condonation of 30 days delay in filing an affidavit in support of the caveat.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that copy of the application has been served on the Petitioners and an affidavit of service has been filed. Pursuant to the order of the Court, copy of the application has also been served on the Advocate for the Petitioners and an affidavit to that effect has also been filed.

None appears for the Petitioners.

For the reasons assigned in the application, and to advance the cause SSP 1/2

30 ia 1586 of 2024.doc of substantive justice, delay of 30 days in filing an affidavit in support of the Caveat stands condoned.

Affidavit in support of the caveat be taken on record. 7.

Caveatrix shall remove office objections, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of this order. 8.

Interim Application stands disposed.
