Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This application is preferred for post grant amendment in the Probate of the last Will and Testament of Gopi Hassanand Talreja. In the application, it is averred that post grant of Probate, it was realized that certain corrections were required at Sr. Nos.2 and 3 of the Schedule of Assets. 3.

By an order dated 15 July 2024, the applicant was directed to file an additional affidavit.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to tender additional affidavit of the applicant. Copies of the share certificates are annexed to the affidavit. It is affirmed that Nath @ Nathlal Talreja and Shobha Talreja, who were the joint holders of the shares alongwith the deceased, have passed away. Copies of the death SSP 1/2

25 ia 1608 of 2024.doc certificates of Nath @ Nathlal Talreja and Shobha Talreja are also annexed to the additional Affidavit. The legal heirs of Nath @ Nathlal Talreja viz. Dilip N. Talreja, Jagdish N. Talreja and Vinod N. Talreja, have filed affidavits giving consent for the amendment in the grant.

In view of the above, I do not find any impediment in allowing the post grant amendment.

The application, thus, stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 7.

Necessary amendment in the Schedule of assets in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit B) be carried out within a period of three weeks. 8.

Post amendment grant expedited.

9.

Interim Application stands disposed.
