Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants. 2.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Ranjan R. Pandya (deceased) granted by an order dated 22 February 2024.

In the application, it is averred that, post grant, it is realized that the deceased held 3000 equity shares of Apollo Tyres Limited. However, inadvertently, the said securities were not included in the Schedule of Assets. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to tender a copy of the transaction statement for the perusal of the Court. 5.

The transaction statement issued by NSDL indicates that the deceased held 3000 shares of Apollo Tyres Ltd.

I am, therefore, inclined to allow the application. SSP 1/2

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 8.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit C) be carried out within a period of three weeks. 9.
