Pursuant to the order dated 3rd October, 2024, today when the matter is called out, Mr. Das, learned Counsel appears for the Bank of India and tenders across the bar an affidavit dated 22nd October, 2024, which indicates that the accounts of the Respondents have been frozen from February, 2024 onwards.

Let the copy of the affidavit be furnished to the other Counsel in the matter.

Mr. Shiralkar, learned Counsel submits that pursuant to the order dated 3rd October, 2024, further disclosure affidavit has also been filed. Nikita Gadgil 1/2

Mr. Maheshwari, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that although the further affidavit also has a number of bank statements, however, there is no clarity as to the balances in the bank accounts of the Respondents and that a statement to that effect be directed to be furnished.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, the following order is passed:-
ORDER
i.
Let copies of the affidavit filed on behalf of the Bank of India thereof be furnished to the other Counsel within a period of one week. ii.
Let, within a period of three weeks, the Respondents furnish statement of balances till date in all the accounts of the Respondents disclosed/undisclosed.
iii.
List on 25th November, 2024.
iv.
