For the reasons ascribed in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the dismissal of the Testamentary Petition (L) No. 17467 of 2021 pursuant to a common order dated 31st August, 2023 stands set aside subject to the petitioner/ applicant complying with the office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

In the event, the office objections are not complied with within period of four weeks, this order shall stand recalled and the Testamentary Petition (L) No.17467 of 2021 dismissed without further reference to the Court.
