Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Schedule of assets appended to the Testamentary Petition No.3559 of 2021 for grant of Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Gunaji Ramchandra Parab (Deceased). The Letters of Administration were granted by an order dated 15 October 2022.

It is averred that, inadvertently, flat number in the Schedule of assets, was mentioned as '101' instead of '109'. The application is supported by an additional affidavit, to which a copy of the share certified issued by Shivner Golibar Co-op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., is annexed at Exhibit B. 4.

The original grant is lost.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks amendment in the certified SSP 1/2

20 ia 1684 of 2024.doc copy of the grant. A copy of the report lodged with the Police is annexed at Exhibit B.

The application, thus, stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks. 8.

Post amendment, grant be issued by amending certified copy of the grant.

Interim Application stands disposed.
