Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

This application is for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration granted by an order dated 21 October 2022. In the Schedule of immovable properties at Item Nos.3 and 4, Flat numbers, distinctive share numbers and the area of property, was incorrectly mentioned. Therefore, this application. 3.

I have perused the averments in the application, the original Schedule of assets and liabilities and the proposed amendment at Exhibit B. 4.

The proposed amendment appears to be essentially in the nature of corrections of clerical errors in mentioning the description of the properties in the Schedule of assets.

Thus, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). SSP 1/2

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit B) be carried out within a period of three weeks. 7.
