Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Bipin Kalyanji Kakkad, granted by an order dated 3rd February, 2024. 3.

In the original Schedule of Assets, in Item No. 2, the petitioner had inadvertently mentioned the incorrect Client ID number. The correct Client ID number is "BO ID 1601430103469457". Hence, this application.

The proposed amendment is essentially in nature of correction of clerical error in mentioning the Client ID number. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
