This Court had vide an order dated 13 th February, 2018 issued to the Applicant Letters of Administration (without Will) in respect of the properties and credits of one Vikas Sahadev Thakare (the deceased). 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that after the issuance of the grant, while preparing the schedule of assets of the wife of the deceased, it came to the knowledge of the Applicant that there was certain bank accounts, shares and fixed deposits, which were standing jointly in the name of the deceased and his wife. It is thus that the present Application has been filing seeking leave of this Court to amend the schedule of assets of the deceased Shubham 1/2

2 13-IA-1692-2024.doc appended to the captioned Testamentary Petition. The amendments sought for to the schedule are more particularly set out in Exhibit-B. 3.

Heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant. Sufficient cause has been made to grant the reliefs that has been sought for. Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Applicant / Petitioner to amend the Schedule I of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed i.e. Exhibit-B to the present Interim Application;" 4.

Amendments to be carried out on or before 6 th February, 2025.

Reverification is dispensed with.
