Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
This application for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Chemburkar Pramod Baburao and Chemburkar Mrunalini Pramod granted by an order dated 15 May 2023. In the application, it is averred that inadvertently, Locker No.S33 with State Bank of India, Chembur Branch, jointly held by deceased Nos.1 and 2 was not included in the Schedule of assets of the deceased. The Petitioner subsequently came to know that the deceased were holding the said locker. Hence, this application. SSP 1/2

Perused the application and the documents annexed with it. There is material to indicate that the deceased was holding the locker with State Bank of India, Chembur Branch. The amendment, therefore, deserves to be allowed. 4.
Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) in accordance with the schedule of amendment.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks. 6.
The Petitioner shall file an inventory of the items found in the locker on an affidavit. The locker be opened in the presence of the representative of the Petitioner, concerned bank officer and the Court Official to be deputed by the Testamentary Registrar.

The application stands disposed.
