Perused the application.

This application is preferred to restore the Testamentary Petition which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections by an order dated 7 February 2023. The applicant has ascribed justifiable reasons for condonation of delay and to set aside the order of dismissal.

Thus, to advance the cause of substantive justice, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.
The order dated 7 February 2023 dismissing the Petition for nonremoval of office objections stands set aside. 5.
Testamentary Petition (L) no.626 of 2020 stands restored to file subject to the Applicant removing the office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of non-compliance/removal of the office objections during the said SSP 1/2
22 ia 1728 of 2024.doc period, this order would stand recalled and the Testamentary Petition stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
