ORDER :

The Interim Application No.1198 of 2024 has been taken out by the Defendant No.5 in the above Suit for condonation of delay of 19 days (incorrectly mentioned as 22 days) in filing the Written Statement and for taking the Written Statement on file. The Interim Application No.1730 of 2025 has been taken out by the Defendant No.1 seeking condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the Written Statement and for taking the Written Statement on record. 2.

Having perused the averments in the Interim Applications and considering that the delay in filing the Written Statements is within prescribed period of 120 days from service of Writ of Summons. There is sufficient cause shown for condonation of delay.

The relief sought for in the Interim Application are not opposed by the Plaintiff.

In that view of the matter, the Interim Applications are allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) of the Interim Applications. 5.

Interim Applications are disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to cost.
