Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred seeking post grant amendment in the Testamentary Petition for Letters of Administration. By an order dated 18th March 2024, the Letters of Administration were granted. Post grant, the petitioner/applicant has realized that there are certain typographical and clerical errors in the description of the property at Serial No.2 of the Schedule of Properties appended to the Testamentary Petition and the grant.

Hence, this application to amend the petition in D.A.ETHAPE

14-IA-1734-2024 (OS).doc accordance with Schedule of Draft Amendment (Exhibit-A). 4.

I have perused the original Schedule of Property and the Schedule of Draft Amendment. The proposed amendments are essentially in the nature of typographical and clerical errors. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The applicant/petitioner is permitted to amend the Schedule of Property annexed to the petition within a period of one week. Re-reverification dispensed with.

6.

Post amendment grant be issued.

Application disposed of.
