This is an application for post-grant amendment. By an order dated 9th May 2023, Succession Certificate came to be issued in respect of the debts and securities of the deceased. In the application, it is averred that post-grant, it transpired that there were certain securities which were not included in the schedule of the debts and securities and certain corrections were required in the folio number and value of the securities which were disclosed. Hence, this application.

Perused the averments in the application. Amendment appears to be necessary to give effect to the grant. Application thus Pallavi 1/2

Applicant/Petitioner is permitted to amend Testamentary Petition No.1363 of 2018 so as to include the debts and securities mentioned in the schedule of amendment (Exh.B) in the schedule of securities appended to the Petition. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks.
