Heard Mr. Merchant, learned Advocate for Applicant; Mr. Shukla, learned Advocate for Respondent No 1 and Mr. Jain, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

Mr. Merchant would inform the Court that previous order dated 20.02.2025 records the fact that Advocate for Respondent No. 2 was to inquire with the concerned Authority and apprise the Court on the next adjourned date. Mr. Shukla appears for Respondent No. 1 and informs the Court that insofar as the directions contained in paragraph

49. IA-1741-2025.odt No. 3 are concerned, same have been complied with. According to him shares have already been received by Applicant / Petitioner and the dispute now is only with respect to the receipt of dividend from Respondent No. 2. Mr. Jain is directed by Court to take instructions and accordingly apprise the details of dividend and as to by which date the same shall be transmitted to the Applicant / Petitioner. If no specific details are given to Court, the Court shall be be constrained to pass orders requiring officials of Respondent No.2 to remain present in Court personally with the desired information. The desired information shall be given either by Respondent No. 1 or Respondent No. 2 to the Court on the next adjourned date. 3.
