Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Nirmala Bhalchandra Deo (the deceased), granted by an order dated 9th February 2019.

In the application it is averred that post grant it is realised that there were two more assets of the deceased mentioned in the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-B) namely, Locker No. 677 maintained with ICICI Bank, Koldongari Sahar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai and Fixed Deposit Receipt in the sum of D.A.ETHAPE
22-IA-1785-2024 (OS).doc Rs.50,000/- with the same Bank. Hence this application. 4.
I have perused the averments in the application. The application is supported by the documents. The rest of the heirs of the deceased have filed affidavits giving their consent for grant of the amendment. Thus, I do not find any impediment in allowing the application.

Hence the following order:
ORDER
(i) Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Necessary amendment in the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-B) be carried out within a period of three weeks. (iii) Post amendment grant be expedited.
Application disposed.
