Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred for post grant amendment in the letters of administration to the property and credits of late Akram Nazam Khan alias Akram Nazim Khan (the deceased) granted by order dated 13th march, 2024. 3.
In the application, it is averred that post grant it was realised that one of the properties i.e. Survey Nos.50, 62/1 and 62 situated at village Mal, Taluka Shahapur, District Thane were inadvertently not included in the Schedule of Property.

The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to tender an additional affidavit in support of the claim of the applicant that the deceased had acquired the properties, which are now sought to be included.
Leave granted.

The record of rights annexed to the additional affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant lend support to the claim of the applicant. Thus, I do not find any impediment in allowing the application.

Hence, the following order:

(i) Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-B) be carried out within a period of three weeks.
(iii) Post amendment grant expedited.
