Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred for restoring the Testamentary Petition No. 461 of 2018 for grant of Letters of Administration with Will annexed of the property of Bhaskar Anant Londhe which came to be dismissed pursuant to a general order passed by this Court dismissing the petitions for non-removal of office objections. 3.

In paragraphs 14 and 15 of the petition, the applicant has ascribed reasons for not taking steps and for delay in taking out the instant application for restoration.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) subject to the applicant complying with the office objections within a period of eight weeks. 5.
