Pursuant to earlier order of this Court, today when the matter is called out, Mr.Anturkar, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the Respondent - Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation ("MIDC") seeks to tender across the bar a table of calculation as per the interpretation of the Applicant submitting that an excess of avk 1/2

46-IA-1796-2024.doc Rs.11,45,36,521/- has been deposited and that the Applicant is willing to have a meeting with the Applicant so that the same can be explained to work out the matter.

Mr.Samantray, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the table of calculation and other submissions can form a part of the affidavit, as earlier the Respondent-MIDC has already accepted the calculation of the Taxing Master to deposit the interest amount.

Be that as it may, let the working of the interest as submitted on behalf of the MIDC be furnished under an affidavit along with other submissions, if any, on behalf of the MIDC, within a period of two weeks with a copy to the other side. Rejoinder, in two weeks thereafter with a copy to the other side.
