Pursuant to the order dated 30th September 2024, today when the matter is called out, Ms. Gadre, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent-Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and submits that as directed by this Court on the last date, Affidavit has Kanchan Dhuri 1/2
44-IA-1796-2024.doc been filed which contains working on interest on behalf of the MIDC. 2.
Ms. Gadre, learned Counsel also submits that Mr. Anturkar, Senior Counsel, who leads the matter is before the first Court and that the matter be suitably adjourned.

Mr. Samantray, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that there is no necessity of filing rejoinder to the Affidavit filed by the MIDC and submits that if an amount of Rs.11,76,23,739.52 is paid to the decree-holders, the matter can be settled and no further amount would be claimed under the present execution proceedings. 4.
Let Ms. Gadre, learned Counsel for MIDC take instructions. 5.
