When the matter was called out, Mr Andhyarujina, Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant, on instructions, made a statement that the draft article which is annexed at Exhibit "C" to the Affidavit in Rejoinder is not going to be published by the Defendant. This is in my view ends the controversy.
