When the matter was called out, Mr Andhyarujina, Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Defendant, on instructions, made a statement that the draft article which is annexed at Exhibit "C" to the Affidavit in Rejoinder is not going to be published by the Defendant. This is in my view ends the controversy. The statement made by Mr Andhyarujna is accepted.
