Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred for post grant amendment in the succession certificate granted in respect of the debts and securities belonging to Velji Bhimji Patel, pursuant to an order dated 9th January, 2024.

In the application, it is averred that inadvertently the distinctive number of securities have not been correctly mentioned, and the words, "no dividend" are required to be substituted by the words, "the dividends are lying with the said company" as it has subsequently transpired that there are dividends due and payable on the said securities. 4.

Having regard to the averments in the application and the nature of the proposed amendment, which appears to be 1/2

37-IA1810-2024INTP2934-2023.DOC essentially for correction of the distinctive numbers and addition of the due entitlement in respect of the securities, I do not find any impediment in allowing the application.

Hence, the following order:

: O R D E R :

(i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer prayer clauses (a) and (b).

(ii) Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-B) be carried out within a period of three weeks.

(iii) Post amendment grant expedited.

Application disposed.
