Mr. Pawar, learned OSD to the Court Receiver's office submits that the suit property is in symbolic possession of the Court Receiver. 4.
Be that as it may, list these matters on 24th February, 2025. Let the status of the said Applications/Chamber Summons also be ascertained by the next date.
