Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Engineer, the learned counsel for defendant No. 1 seeks time to consider the affidavit in rejoinder filed on behalf of the plaintiff, a copy of which has been served on the defendant No. 1 recently.

Mr. Zatakia, the learned counsel for defendant Nos. 3 and 4 seeks time to file affidavit in reply.

Mr. Jagtiani, learned senior counsel for the plaintiff makes a grievance that the defendants No. 3 and 4 have not filed affidavits in reply despite ample opportunity.

By way of indulgence, one weeks time is granted to defendant Nos. 3 and 4 to file affidavit in reply and serve copy on the plaintiff. 6.

Re-joinder, if any, within one week thereafter. 7.

It is hereby made clear that no further time to file affidavit in reply would be granted to any of the defendants, who have till date not filed affidavit in reply.
