Heard Mr. Tamboly, learned Advocate for Applicant; Ms. Jain, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Jain, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.2 to 5.

The order dated 04.07.2025 is not complied with till today. When the matter is listed today, Mr. Jain appears for Respondent Nos.2 to 5. He informs the Court that there is a change of guard in the organization and therefore new Officers are there and he needs to take appropriate instructions.

The submissions are not appreciated by the Court at all. If the order of 04.07.2025 requires transfer of shares and dividends, it ought to have been complied with. Order passed by High Court cannot be treated with such diffidence by Respondent Nos.2 to 5. 4.

In the past also, this Court has passed strictures against the concerned Officer and in this case, I am informed that it is the very same Assistant Director who is now in the establishment. The previous order is dated 20.07.2025 passed in Interim Application (Lodging) No.5227 of 2023.

Officer concerned of Respondent Nos.2 to 5 shall ensure that the shares and dividends are transferred in the account of Petitioner within a period of one week from today positively. 6.

If the Officer has any difficulty whatsoever or reason for not complying with the order dated 04.07.2025 and for not transferring the amount, the said Officer shall remain present in Court tomorrow i.e. 18.09.2025 at 11:00 a.m. and inform the Court the reason for the same.

If the Officer alongwith the counsel for Respondent Nos.2 to 5 desire to remain present in Court to inform the reason for the nontransfer, notice shall be given to Advocate for Petitioner.

8.

Stand over to 24th September, 2025 for compliance. To be placed under the caption 'First on Board'.
