I am informed by Petitioner that Contempt Petition (L.) No.31199 of 2025 has been filed by them. Same was mentioned before the Court yesterday and it was listed to be heard alongwith Interim Application No.1819 of 2025 as it is concerned with the same cause of action in Interim Application No.1819 of 2025. 3.

I have issued contempt notice to Respondent Nos.2 to 5 by a separate order passed today in Interim Application No.1819 of 2025.

Copy of the Contempt Petition (L) No.31199 of 2025 is handed over to Mr. Jain to place it before his clients i.e. Respondent Nos.2 to 5 for further instructions.

Since I have already directed to issue contempt notice in Interim Application No.1819 of 2025, issue notice to Respondents in Contempt Petition (L) No.31199 of 2025 to enable them to file their Affidavit-in-Reply.

I also direct listing of Suo Moto Contempt Petition, made returnable after four weeks alongwith the present Contempt Petition to be heard and decided together on the next adjourned date. 7.
