Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner. 2.
This is an application for post grant amendment in the Succession Certificate granted in respect of the debts and securities of Chhotalal Chunilal Shety (Deceased).

In the application, it is averred that the deceased was also known by alias name Chhotalal Chunilal and the distinctive number of the securities at Sr. No.8 of Schedule 1 are required to be corrected. Likewise, distinctive number of the securities at Sr. No.13 are also also required to be corrected. Secondly, there be change in the value of the securities and the aggregate value of the securities as well.

I have perused the averments in the application. The application is SSP 1/2
17 ia 1826 of 2024.doc supported by the copies of the correspondence addressed by the Share Transfer Agent.

Thus, I am inclined to allow the application in terms of prayer clause (a).

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit D) be carried out within a period of four weeks. 7.
The applicant/Petitioner shall pay the deficit court fee, if required. 8.
Post amendment, grant expedited.
9.
The Interim Application stands disposed.
