Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Natvarlal Vavabhai Muzoomdar (the deceased) granted by an order dated 8th August, 2023.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application so as to annex the Schedule of Amendment.

Leave granted.

Schedule of Amendment be filed by 3rd October, 2024. 6.

Re-verification dispensed with.

In the application, it is averred that, in the description of the property in Schedule 1, there have been inadvertent errors in the Vishal Parekar ...1

I have perused the averments in paragraph 4 of the application.

The proposed amendment is essentially in the nature of correction of clerical errors in furnishing the correct description of the property at item No. 2 and 2(p) of the Schedule of Assets. I do not find any impediment in allowing the application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

1] The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

2] Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (to be filed by the applicant pursuant to this order) be carried out in the Schedule 1 of the petition. 3] Post amendment grant expedited.
