Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the letters of Administration with Will annexed of the last will and testament dated 9th March, 1993 of Late Naresh Rajkrishna Aggarwal, which came to be granted by an order dated 24th August, 1995.

In the application, it is averred that, post grant, the applicant has realized that there were several securities of the deceased, which were not included in the original Schedule of Assets in TP/694/1994. It is, therefore, necessary to amend the 1/2
17-IA1847-2024INTP694-1994.DOC schedule of assets and include the securities mentioned in the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-B).

I have perused the averments in the application. It appears that the securities mentioned at Sr. No.19(f) to 19(m), in the Schedule-B have not been included in the original Schedule of Assets. For the reasons assigned in the application and to ensure that the estate of the deceased is completely administered, I am inclined to allow the application. 5.
Hence, the following order:
: O R D E R :
(i) Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Necessary amendment in the Schedule of Assets be carried out in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-B) within a period of three weeks. (iii) Post amendment grant expedited.
Application disposed.
