ORDER :

Mr. Amogh Singh, the learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff has sought for extension of time to file Affidavit in Reply to the Interim Application (L) No.25690 of 2024 which has been taken out by the Applicant / Defendant No.1 under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for rejection of Plaint. By Order dated 16th October, 2024, the Applicant / Original Plaintiff had been directed to file Affidavit in Reply to the said Interim Application on or before 30th October, 2024.

Mr. Amogh Singh has submitted that there were settlement talks between the parties which have not fructified. 3.
Accordingly, extension of time is granted. The Applicant / Plaintiff shall file Affidavit in Reply to the said Interim Application on or before 18th June, 2025.

The Defendant No.1 shall file Affidavit in Rejoinder 2/3
thereto on or before 24th June, 2025.
5.
The Interim Applications shall be placed for further consideration on 26th June, 2025 at 3.00 p.m. [ R.I. CHAGLA J. ] 3/3
