When the matter was called out, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Defendant No.1 submitted that there was some difficulty on the part of the Learned Senior Counsel, who was appearing in the matter and thus Mugdha

2 22-IA 1882-24 in S 125-24.doc requested for time. He also submitted that parties were attempting to resolve the disputes and differences and there were settlement talks in progress. 2.

Mr. Singh, Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants/Plaintiffs submits that if time needs to be granted, a short date be given as the prejudice will be caused to his client, who is being redeveloping the buildings of the Applicant Society.

Given this, stand over to 30 th August 2024 for hearing on Interim Application (HOB).
