One of the prayers in the Interim Application is to make an amendment in the certified copy of the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of the deceased granted by an order dated 19th July, 2010.

Let the applicant file an affidavit explaining the circumstances under which the original grant was misplaced and the steps taken by the applicant to trace out the original grant. Such an affidavit be filed within a period of two weeks. 4.
