The learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks time to place on record a copy of Share Certificate No.43 issued by Nariman Bhavan Premises Co-operative Society Ltd. and the copies of correspondence to show that 287 and 1148 equity shares of SRF Limited shown in the schedule of amendment stood in the name of the deceased.

Let the aforesaid documents be filed alongwith an affidavit within a period of three weeks.
