Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Probate of the last Will and Testament of Raj Kumar Keshari Chand Bengani (deceased) granted by an order dated 18 December 2023.

In the application, it is averred that, post grant, the Petitioner has been apprised that the deceased was holding the securities under Client ID 23723301 and DPID No.IN 301151 with NSDL. A copy of the holding statement dated 9 May 2024 issued by HDFC Bank Limited is annexed to the application at pages 25 and 26.

The claim of the applicant thus finds support in the holding statement. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the application. 5.

Thus, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and SSP 1/2

The applicant is permitted to amend the Petition so as to incorporate the properties described in the Schedule (Exhibit B) appended to the application and make all the consequential amendments. 7.

Post amendment, grant expedited.
