Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants. 2.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of Jamshed N. Guzder (deceased) granted pursuant to an order dated 17 October 2020 and further amended by an order dated 7 August 2023 passed in IA No.2936 of 2023. 3.

In the application, it is averred that the applicants/Petitioners have been apprised that the deceased was also holding the securities described in Schedule I (Exhibit C) appended to the application. It is, therefore, necessary to include these securities in the Schedule of assets. A copy of the communication addressed by Kfintech, registered transfer agent of the company, in which the securities were held by the deceased, is annexed at Exhibit D to the application.

In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the application. 5.

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application.

The Applicants/Petitioners are permitted to amend the Petition so as to include the securities described in the Schedule I (Exhibit C) to the application in the Schedule of assets of the deceased. 7.

Post amendment, grant expedited.

The Interim Application stands disposed.
