In both the Interim Applications in the two Suits, the Applicant/Plaintiff is seeking leave to produce documents listed at Exhibit H (Interim Application No.1825 of 2025) and at Exhibit I ARTI VILAS KHATATE (Interim Application No.1896 of 2025).

Although a reply has been filed on behalf of the Respondent / Defendant, however, today when the matter is called out, Mr.Joshua D'Souza, learned Counsel for the Respondent / Defendant, submits that he has no objection if the two Interim Applications are allowed. 3.
Accordingly, having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, the Interim Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus :
INTERIM APPLICATION NO.1825 OF 2025 "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant leave to the Applicant to produce the documents annexed to the present Interim Application and listed at Exhibit H to the present Interim Application in the captioned Suit.
INTERIM APPLICATION NO.1896 OF 2025 (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant leave to the Applicant to produce the documents annexed to the present Interim Application and listed at Exhibit I to the present Interim Application in the captioned Suit."

Let the said documents be filed and served under an Affidavit as per rules, within a period of four weeks.

Defendant to file Statement of admission and denial within a period of two weeks thereafter with a copy to the other side. 6.
List for marking of the said documents in both the Suits on 1st December 2025.
