By the captioned Interim Application, the Applicant seeking withdrawal of certain amounts which are deposited with the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court.

Mr Chauhan, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Developer raises a grievance that a copy of the Interim Application No. 1912 of 2024 has not been served upon him. Ms Singhania, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant in Interim Application No. 1912 of 2024 undertakes to serve a copy of the Interim Application upon the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Developer. In the event the Developer seeks to file Affidavit in Reply to the said Interim Application, he may do so by 29th July 2024. He submits that he comes on record only recently and need some time to take instructions to file Affidavit in Reply, if any.

List all Applications on 5th August 2024.

It is made clear that the Court shall make an endeavour to decide all these applications on the next date.
