Having heard the parties briefly, it would be appropriate that Mr. Trivedi, the Learned Court Commissioner be given time until February 28, 2025 to finalize the report and the detailed outlining of the purpose and status underlying each of the proceedings that form subject matter of the proceedings listed today at Sr.No.50.

All other parties shall submit their respective e-mail addresses to Mr. Trivedi, to which he shall forward the reports that he would finalize by February 28, 2025.

With the aforesaid directions, place the matters for further consideration on March 7, 2025.
