Since the suit has been dismissed pursuant to the failure of the plaintiffs in removing office requisition dated 25 th July 2023, though it was argued that the present interim application seeks restoration of the said suit, I find the prayer in the interim application is for modification of the order, which reads thus: "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to modify the directions passed in the order dated 25th July 2023 or recall the order dated 25th July 2023 in Suit No. (L) No. 3677 of 2022 and restore the Suit No. (L) No. 3677 of 2022 to the file of this Hon'ble Court;"

Thus the interim application is not one which is for restoration. The same is accordingly dismissed with liberty granted to the applicant to file appropriate application.
