The Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioners states that due to subsequent developments, the Petitioners do not wish to prosecute the above Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 3.

In view of the disposal of the above Writ Petition, nothing survives in the above Interim Application and the same is also disposed of accordingly.

Further, any ad-interim/interim orders passed in the above Writ Petition shall also stand vacated forthwith. 5.
