The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 8 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.

Despite service of the above Appeal as well as the above Interim Application, none have appeared on behalf of the contesting Respondents. In fact, the Vakalatnama has also been filed on behalf of the contesting Respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant, and for the reasons stated in the Interim Application, we are satisfied with the explanation given for the delay. The delay is accordingly condoned.

Now that the delay is condoned, the advocates for the Applicant/Appellant shall remove all other office objections, if any, within a period of 2 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.
