This is an application for restoration of TP(L)/19039/2021, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections pursuant to an order dated 13th July, 2023.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant - petitioner had complied with all office objections. In view of the aforesaid statement and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dated 13th July, 2023 dismissing the Testamentary Petition for non-removal of the office objections stands set aside.

TP(L)/19039/2021 stands restored to file subject to the petitioner complying with the office objections, if any, within a period of six weeks from today.
