Interim Application seeks condonation of delay of 32 days in filing affidavit in support of the caveat.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has entered appearance, however, none present today.

Having due regard to what is stated in the Interim Application and having noted the fact that caveat was filed in time, I find that the interest of substantive justice would be best served if the Interim Application is allowed. Interim Application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus;

"(A) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 32 days in filing of the Affidavit in support of caveat in the interest of justice".
